This Voice of America bookmark dates from 1976. I bought it at the Handicapped Aid Program (HAP) auction at Sam Barto's Watertown, CT, get-together in the fall of 1980. Citizens of the US can not normally get such goodies from their own VOA due to American law. On the back it says "With the compliments of the Voice of America, Washington, DC". It's my only VOA memorabilia.
